    It might seem too obvious to point out, but we do grow ALL of our luscious Ruby Red Grapefruit and Navel Oranges here along the banks of Florida's Indian River. The truth is, hardly any other fruit catalog these days can still make this simple claim. It's a shame, really.

    That's because many of our friends and neighbors in the citrus business just want to get bigger and bigger, year after year. Nothing wrong with that. The problem is that when they run out of our local fruit, they'll substitute with fruit from Texas or Arizona. Or (gasp!) even from California. Might as well get it from the supermarket!

    If you appreciate REAL Florida citrus - the genuine article - you already know that fruit grown in other parts of the country, in deserts or on hillsides, can't hold a candle to the rich, balmy, luxurious taste of our prized, homegrown Countryside fruit. You'll taste the difference. We promise.

    How many pieces of fruit per tray?

    Depending on variety and size the average per 1 tray is as follows:

    All Oranges: 12-15

    All Grapefruit: 6-10

    All Tangerines: 20-24

    Mixed Oranges & Grapefruit: 4-10 Oranges & 3-5 Grapefruit

    Will I be getting an email with the tracking number? Yes, once we receive >b>AND print your order you will get an email notification that will include your tracking number.

    What method is used for shipping? We use FedEx Ground for all packages.

    Do you ship out of the country? Yes, we ship to Canada. If you would like to ship to Canada, please call customer care (1-888-550-5745) for additional information.

    Do you ship to California? Yes, we ship to California on Monday and/or Tuesday only.

    What is your procedure when you have an out-of-stock item? In the unlikely event we run into a short supply of an item, our policy is to replace the item with a like item of equal or greater value.

    Do you ship chocolate items all season long? We can but it requires special packaging from May through October due to the warmer weather. Please call customer care (1-888-550-5745) for additional information.

    Do you ship Ice Cream or Juice? Absolutely. Please call customer care (1-888-550-5745) for additional information.

    Do you keep customer credit card numbers on file? No. Once your transaction has been approved we delete all credit card information.
