When will my order ship?

If you have a member account, login and look at your Order History for the details of when your order will ship out. You can also use the Track My Order form to check on the status of any order.

How Much Fruit Is In A Tray?

Except for our gift baskets and assortments, all of our citrus fruit is carefully hand-packed in durable cardboard boxes using our tray system, and the more trays you buy and ship to the same address, the less you pay for each piece of fruit. Each full tray holds; 6-10 grapefruit, 12-15 oranges or tangelos, 20-24 tangerines, 20-24 Sugar Bells, depending on size and variety. Half trays hold approximately 5 pounds.

You may select a different type of fruit for each tray - please call us to handle this kind of custom order. A small surcharge may apply depending upon the complexity of the combination.

How We Ship

We ship only in-season fruit from November through June, all picked at the peak of flavor and usually shipped within 24 hours of harvest. You can rest assured that the fruit you receive from Countryside Citrus was hanging on the trees just days before it arrives at your door. Our standard method of shipping is via Fedex. Physical addresses are required; no P.O. boxes.

Domestic Standard Shipping normally takes 3-6 days. Shipping to Canada takes 4-6 days according to province destination. Express shipping is offered for most packages; please call for pricing and details.

Shipments to AZ, CA, LA and TX are subject to the regulations of each of those states. Please call for additional information regarding these shipments. We do not ship to any foreign countries except Canada, and we do not ship to Hawaii.

Club shipments are calculated by the retail value of each box shipped.

Special offers only ship to the contiguous 48 US states. Discount offers are not combined. There is no discount on shipping.

Substitutions If we need to make a substitution to your order due to weather or shipment delays, be assured that the item we substitue will be of equal or greater value.

E-Gift Cards

Using an E-Gift Card
E-Gift Cards are redeemable only on using the E-Gift Card code provided in the email to your E-Gift Card recipient. E-Gift Cards are redeemable for merchandise only, are not redeemable for cash and cannot be used with any promotional discounts.

E-Gift Card Balance
If you have an existing E-Gift Card, you can use our E-Gift Card Balance Check form to see the remaining balance.

E-Gift Cards do not expire, and we do not assess any service fees for non-use.
